04 - Arrange zucchini slices, bell peppers, red onion wedges, and halved cherry tomatoes on the prepared sheet pan. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer with space for chicken placement.
