06 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
07 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
08 - 1 garlic clove, minced
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

10 - 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds (optional)
11 - Fresh dill sprigs (optional)

# How To Make It:

01 - Wash and dry the bell peppers. Remove tops and bottoms, then slice each pepper into wide, flat strips about ¾ inch wide. Reserve the most flexible strips for shaping bows.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chives, parsley, and minced garlic until smooth. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
03 - Place one bell pepper strip flat. Add a heaping teaspoon of filling in the center. Fold both ends toward the center to create two loops forming a bow. Secure the center with a small strip of bell pepper or a chive stem by wrapping and tucking under.
04 - Continue forming bows with the remaining strips and filling until all are shaped.
05 - Arrange bows on a serving platter. Optionally, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and garnish with fresh dill sprigs.
