Lemon Ginger Turmeric Wellness Cubes (Printable)

Frozen citrus shots combining lemon, ginger, and turmeric for easy daily wellness. Perfect for warm water or smoothies.

# What You Need:

→ Citrus

01 - 3 large lemons, juiced (about ¾ cup juice)

→ Roots & Spices

02 - 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
03 - 2-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled and chopped (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)
04 - 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

→ Liquid & Sweetener

05 - 1 cup filtered water
06 - 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

# How To Make It:

01 - Place lemon juice, chopped ginger, chopped turmeric (or ground turmeric), water, black pepper, and sweetener (if using) into a blender. Process on high speed until completely smooth and well combined.
02 - Pour blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean bowl. Press firmly with a spatula to extract maximum liquid, removing fibrous pulp.
03 - Carefully transfer strained liquid into ice cube tray compartments, filling each to just below the rim to allow for expansion during freezing.
04 - Place trays in freezer for at least 2 hours or until cubes are completely firm throughout.
05 - Pop out 2 cubes per serving. Dissolve in warm water, add to smoothies, or consume as a concentrated shot. Transfer remaining cubes to freezer-safe bag and store for up to 2 months.
