- 80 g goat cheese: crumbled
- 1 cup red grapes: fresh
- 1 cup green grapes: fresh
- 1 small pomegranate: seeds only
- 1 pear: thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts: almonds and walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried apricots: chopped
- 1/4 cup olives: green or black
- Fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs: for garnish
