  • 100 g manchego: sliced
  • 100 g cheddar: cubed
  • 80 g goat cheese: crumbled
  • 1 cup red grapes: fresh
  • 1 cup green grapes: fresh
  • 1 small pomegranate: seeds only
  • 1 pear: thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts: almonds and walnuts
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots: chopped
  • 1/4 cup olives: green or black
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs: for garnish

Instructions

Prepare serving board:
