# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
03 - In a large bowl, beat softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
04 - Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. Fold in milk.
05 - Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto prepared sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart. Slightly flatten each with your palm.
06 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
07 - Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
08 - Spread a thin layer of melted white chocolate on each cookie. Press one large marshmallow near the bottom edge to create the paw pad.
09 - Place three mini chocolate chips above each marshmallow for toes, and two chocolate melts on each side to form side pads.
10 - Let the decorated cookies set at room temperature or chill briefly until firm.
