# What You Need:

01 - 1 pound refrigerated pizza dough
→ Sauce
02 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
→ Toppings
03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 24 slices pepperoni or vegetarian pepperoni
05 - 12 small black olives, pitted and sliced
→ Garnish
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut out 24 circles using a 2-inch round cutter and arrange on the baking sheet.
03 - Lightly brush each dough circle with olive oil.
04 - Spread 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce evenly over each dough circle.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over each mini pizza.
06 - Lay one slice of pepperoni horizontally across the center of each mini pizza.
07 - Place a slice of black olive on the center of each pepperoni strip to mimic a belt buckle.
08 - Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
09 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese melts and dough is golden brown.
10 - Allow mini pizza bites to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
