  • Can diced tomatoes: 1 (14 oz / 400 g)
  • Vegetable broth: 4 cups (1 liter)
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Ground cumin: 2 tsp
  • Ground coriander: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric: 1 tsp
  • Garam masala: 1 tsp
  • Smoked paprika: 1/2 tsp
  • Chili flakes (optional): 1/2 tsp

Instructions

Step 1:
