11 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
12 - ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
13 - ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg

# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup, stir to coat evenly. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring once, until golden and fragrant. Let cool completely to crisp up.
