# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a small bowl; let soak for 5 minutes.
03 - In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and celery until softened, about 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
04 - In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, soaked breadcrumbs, sautéed vegetables, eggs, chopped herbs, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Mix gently until just combined without overworking.
