# What You Need:
→ Greens
01 - 8 large fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried
→ Filling
02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
→ Vegetables
07 - 1 small carrot, julienned
08 - 1/2 small red bell pepper, julienned
09 - 8 small cherry tomatoes for garnish
# How To Make It:
01 - Combine cream cheese, chives, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth and evenly mixed.
02 - Spread each spinach leaf flat on a clean work surface.
03 - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the herbed cheese mixture onto the center of each spinach leaf.
04 - Place a few julienned carrot and bell pepper strips over the cheese on each leaf.
05 - Carefully roll each leaf, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
06 - Secure each roll with a toothpick and top with a cherry tomato to mimic a holly berry.
07 - Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly before serving.
