# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
02 - Toss the sliced plums with 1 tablespoon of sugar in a small bowl and set aside to macerate.
03 - Whisk together the flour, ground almonds, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
04 - Beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, approximately 3 minutes.
05 - Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla and almond extracts.
06 - Add half of the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, followed by the milk. Then add the remaining dry mixture and mix until just combined.
